Centro, CEP 35.910-000 ("ROADS").


This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete that information.


Information collected

We collect information from users to register on the ROADS Platform, to provide better services to everyone, and to enable the development of ROADS activity, namely:


1) Full name: collected for user identification and relationship with ROADS;

2) Email: used for registration, login, and communication channel;

3) Company Name: used to name the workspace;

4) Teams: used to name teams;

5) Login: data for user access to the Platform;

6) Login password: secret code created by the user to access the Platform;



The information collected by ROADS is used to create, develop, operate, provide and improve our Services, content, and advertising, in addition to preventing losses and preventing fraud. We may also use your personal information for purposes related to network and account security including protecting our services for the benefit of all our users.

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send you important notices, such as communications about changes to our terms, conditions, and rules. As this information is important to your interaction with ROADS, you may not optout of receiving these communications.

We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve ROADS services and user communications.


‍When you are not signed in to your ROADS Account, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the browser, app, or device you are using. This helps us keep the preferences you've already selected, for example.

Location information and other permissions

When you access the Platform, with your permission, we may automatically collect certain information, including, but not limited to:

i. Registration Data: a collection of information for creating and altering registration.

ii. Demographic Data: Collecting demographic information, including through user surveys.

iii. Transaction Data: In order to enable and prove the hiring of our Services and to pay monthly fees, we collect transaction information related to what the user does with the services.

iv. User Content: In order to answer the User's call regarding technical questions and problems regarding the use of the Platform, as well as to identify the User, we collect the information You send when contacting ROADS support.

v. Usage information: To prove the hiring and/or use of our Services, in the event of questioning, we collect information about how the user interacts with our services. This information includes, for example, access date and time, application features or pages visited, application crashes and other system activities, browser type, and third-party websites You were using prior to interacting with our services. In some cases, we do this through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
vi. Location information: depending on smartphone settings or permissions.

vii. Device information: a collection of information about the device that the User uses to access our services for analysis of user behavior on the ROADS system, identification of system errors, etc., including the hardware model, operating systems and versions, time, login information, software, file names and versions, unique device identifiers, ad identifiers, serial numbers, and device movement information.

viii. Cookies: ROADS may use cookies for various purposes, such as: to prevent you from having to enter information such as username and password every time you log in; facilitate your navigation on our Platform; collect statistical information; customize our Platform according to your personal preferences; and, provide greater information security.


A. Some cookies expire once the session ends and you close your browser. Others are saved on your computer. Cookies do not contain confidential information, and we do not exchange cookies with any third-party websites or external providers of Dice.

B. The User may disable cookies through the configuration options of their respective browser. When deciding to ban cookies, the user is aware that the Website and or Application may not perform all of its functions.


Disclosure to third parties

Sometimes ROADS may disclose to third parties certain personal information to provide or improve the Services, for example, your experience and evolution with ROADS is constant. In doing so, we require such third parties to handle this information by relevant laws. Personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.


In addition, we will share some information with companies contracting ROADS services to charge for the services performed by the User, issue an Invoice, supervise the use of these services, apply sanctions and or fines, send notifications, and take appropriate action to users accordingly with the internal rules of the company contracting the services.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.


Compliance with laws

The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. 


We strive to adopt the best development practices as well as hire the best providers necessary to provide our Service securely to protect your Personal Information however we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by ROADS. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services that have separate third-party privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.


This Privacy Policy does not apply to:

a) information collection practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our Services;

b) services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or websites that may include ROADS services, that are displayed to you in search results or have links to our services.


‍Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's website. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy of each website you visit, as we have no control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties or services.


ROADS allows you to easily keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our specific privacy briefs. To define these periods, we carefully examine the need to collect personal information and, upon identifying a relevant need, we retain the information for the shortest possible period necessary to complete the purpose of the collection unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Correction and deletion of information

In some cases, we store data for limited periods when it needs to be kept for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be a lag time between when you delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.


If You believe that ROADS holds any inaccurate information about You, You have the right to request correction of that information. The updating of registration data, as well as the request for information stored by ROADS, may be requested through the email breno@roads.run.

To delete the data from your Account on the Platform, the user must send a request to breno@roads.run, in which case we immediately start the process of removing them from our system. First, we aim to quickly remove them from view, and they can no longer be used to personalize your ROADS experience.

We then start a process designed to completely and securely delete data from our storage systems. Secure deletion is important to protect our users from accidental data loss. The complete deletion of data from our servers is equally important to users' peace of mind and our protection. This process generally takes about 15 (fifteen) days from the time of deletion.

After deleting your account, the possibility of ROADS keeping the information and or data by legal determination or whose maintenance is necessary for (i) compliance with a court order, within the scope of judicial and or administrative proceedings, is reserved, (ii ) study by a research body, under the terms of the applicable legislation, (iii) transfer to

third, provided that the treatment requirements of the applicable legislation are respected, and (iv) exclusive use of ROADS, provided that the data is anonymized.


‍In the above hypothesis, ROADS guarantees that third parties with whom it may have shared the User's data will adopt the same measure of exclusion and non-treatment of the User's data.

Storage and processing

Your information collected through our Service may be stored and processed in Brazil or any other country in which ROADS, its service providers, or partners maintain facilities; but always for countries that provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, under the terms of the Law.


By registering and using the Service, you agree to the transfer of information to any country in which ROADS, service providers, or partners maintain facilities, as well as to the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. We use safeguards to help keep information collected through the Platform secure, so we can take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.


Make your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, as well as for controlling access to emails between you and ROADS. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.
